Ingredients (2 persons' portion)

1 to 1.5 cups rice
4 to 6 teaspoons sushi-zu vinegar
saradana leaves
radish sprouts
banno-negi onion
3 or 4 slices of bacon
A (1 can of tuna, 1/8 to 1/4 onion, mayonnaise to taste, salt and pepper to taste)
B (1/4 carrot, mustard to taste)
1 package of Koiwai kongari-yakeru cheese
sheets of nori seaweed
  1. Sprinkle the sushi-zu vinegar all over just-cooked rice to make vinegared rice.
  2. Cut the saradana leaves, radish sprouts, banno-negi onion and bacon into easy-to-eat sizes.
  3. Drain the juice from the tuna. Mix the tuna with the thinly sliced onion, and marinate with the mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
  4. Cut the carrot into julienne stripes, and rub with salt. When soft, rinse off the salt with cold water and wipe off the moisture. Marinate with the mustard.
  5. Bake the kongari-yakeru cheese in an toaster according to the instructions on the package.
  6. Place servings of 【2】 to 【5】 on each dish. Put some vinegared rice as well as the ingredients of your choice on a nori seaweed sheet, and roll.
